To initiate a return, contact us at support@brdggroup.com. Please state the reason for returning the goods, order number, and contact details (full name, address, e-mail, and phone number). For further details, please read our refund policy.
Mineral makeup is based on minerals such as Iron Oxides, which have soothing and calming properties and suit all skin types, even the most sensitive. Some minerals (Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide) also have a natural SPF (Sun Protection Factor). IDUN Minerals uses highly purified minerals in its products.
Highly purified minerals are purified from impurities such as nickel and chromium that can trigger allergic reactions.
All IDUN Minerals products are developed for sensitive skin and sensitive eyes. They are dermatologically or ophthalmologically tested and do not contain ingredients that are known to cause allergies and/or irritation such as fragrance, essential oils or bismuth.
IDUN Minerals Mineral Powder Foundation is the only makeup product recommended by Asthma Allergy Nordic. It contains 100% highly purified minerals and is free from perfume, preservatives, talc and bismuth.
All makeup, skincare and haircare products are dermatologically tested – except for the liquid eyeliners and mascaras which are ophthalmologically tested. This means that the products are tested on human skin under a dermatologist’s control and that the products are not likely to cause irritation or other reaction.
No, none of IDUN Minerals' products contain nanoparticles.
IDUN Minerals products do not contain talc.
IDUN Minerals does not use PFAS. In order to check if a cosmetic product contain PFAS, you may check the ingredient lists and look for “PTFE”, “Polytef”, or words that contain "perfluoro" or "polyfluoro". This means that the product contains highly fluorinated substances and should be avoided. Decafluoropentane and C9-15 (or C8-18) fluoroalcohol are also PFAS.

IDUN Minerals products contain vegetable ingredients such as oils and butters, but these ingredients do not have an organic certification. Organic certifications only apply for plant or animal-based ingredients –ingredients such as minerals cannot be organically certified.
All IDUN Minerals products are vegan and approved by PETA and Djurens Rätt, except for Mascara Vatn Waterproof.
This means that they do not contain any animal or animal-based ingredients, and that no animal derived ingredient was used in the manufacturing process.
They are certified by Djurens Rätt – a Swedish non-profit organization for animal rights.
All IDUN Minerals brushes are vegan and made from Taklon, a high-quality synthetic material.
Mascara Vatn Waterproof is the only non-vegan product in IDUN Minerals' assortment. Our product development team is currently working on a new vegan formula for this product: Mascara Vatn Volume.
IDUN Minerals products are cruelty free and are not tested on animals, approved by PETA.
In some products, for example mascaras, preservatives are needed to prevent bacteria growth, prolong the shelf-life of the product, and make sure that they remain safe during use.

If you have eyelash extensions, we recommend avoiding using products that contain oils. All the mascaras (except Mascara Gull) are compatible with eyelash extensions – and the best cleanser is Mineral Cleansing Face & Eye Mousse.
All IDUN Minerals products are fragrance-free except for the rinse-off haircare products and the Rich Body Cream. For these products, we have selected hypoallergic fragrances, which mean that they do not contain any of the most common fragrance allergens.
No gluten is added to IDUN Minerals products, and they are generally safe to use if you have a gluten allergy.
If you are allergic to a specific ingredient, you may check the ingredient list on the website (under key ingredients, view ingredients list), directly on the product packaging or contact our customer service at support@brdggroup.com.
IDUN Minerals products do not contain pure palm oil. Some ingredients in IDUN Minerals products are derived from palm oil: all these ingredients are RSPO-certified. The RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) is a non-profit organization that has developed a set of environmental and social criteria in order to produce certified sustainable palm oil.
All IDUN Minerals mica suppliers follow a strict code of conduct to ensure that no child labour is used across the whole mica supply chain. IDUN Minerals mica originates mainly from England, USA, China and Brazil.
