Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Idun Minerals purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. 

 

 

2.1 Return Eligibility 

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products. 
  • Return or exchange is eligible only if the products are delivered to you in a physically damaged condition, has missing parts or accessories or a wrong order has been delivered 
  • Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unused, with the seal, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 5-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. 
  • Items purchased during sale or during discounts/ offers are not eligible for returns.  

 

 

2.2 Return Process 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brdggroup.com  with your order number and reason for the return. 
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. It is imperative that your return passes the QC to become eligible for a refund or exchange.  
  • Please do not send items back without prior authorization. 

 

 

2.3 Refunds 

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

 

2.4 Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@brdggroup.com  

 

2.5 Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. 
  • Don’t worry though, we will arrange for a pick up from you.  

 

 

2.6 Non-returnable Items 

  • Gift cards
